ARSA FAQ
What is the RSS/XML?
RSS is a fast and simple way to keep up with this site.
RSS stands for Rich Site Summary among other names. (Because RSS uses the Extensible Markup Language (XML), you will sometimes see the letters "XML" to designate an RSS feed.)
With an RSS news reader you can get updates to the ARSA Web site without having to visit the site to see if it has new material.
RSS does not add to your incoming e-mail. It costs nothing to use.
For more information, on RSS/XML, click here.
Can we display the ARSA logo on our Web site and in our advertising materials?
Members can display a special version of the logo that incorporates the word "Member".
I don't want to give my credit card information over the Web. What other ways can I pay for membership or other ARSA purchases?
You can print out the Web application and fax it to us with the credit card information. You can submit the Web application without the credit card information and we will invoice you. We cannot take credit card information over the telephone. We must have written notification that it is okay to charge a credit card.
Can I get a copy of your newsletter?
Non-members may request three back issues in PDF format to provide an opportunity to consider membership. The hotline is a PDF document for use with the Adobe Reader or compatible software.
I don't think I'm receiving ARSA E-mail.
Please be sure that any spam-blocking system you may use will admit mail from arsa.org.
I need help using the hotline.
