ARSA 2012 Symposium

This is the Registration Form for the 2012 Annual Repair Symposium and Legislative Day, March 14-16, 2012 in Arlington, VA.

Symposium registration includes admission to the Ice Breaker Reception, the Member Breakfast (for ARSA Members only) and all General Sessions.

NOTE ON LEGISLATIVE DAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT EVENT: If you have any physical limitations that may need to be addressed or have any special dietary needs with regards to the Reception or Member Breakfast, be sure to let us know. Thanks!

Payment

• When you submit this form, your responses are transmitted to ARSA. You will receive an invoice from us within 3-4 business days.

• If you wish to pay by credit card, return the invoice with all information completed.

• Your payment is due upon receipt of our invoice. Your seat is confirmed when ARSA has received your full payment, at which time all cancellation policies apply.

Cancellations

• Cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. (U.S. Eastern Standard Time) on Friday, March 2, 2012 are not eligible for refunds.

• You must submit your cancellation request to us by email. All cancellations received prior to March 2, 2012 are subject to a $50.00 processing fee.

• If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another person without penalty.

Hotel

Reserve your room now with the Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City. Call the hotel for rates and availability. Be sure to use the code "ANRANRA" (minus the quotes) when booking your room to get the special rate of $250/night.

The hotel room special rate cut-off date is Friday, February 24, 2012. If you are unable to stay at the Ritz (or if you choose not to), information on several other hotels in the area is available here.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By registering for Legislative Day, the Symposium and other related events, you are giving ARSA permission to take your picture and use the photograph(s) in all forms of media, and for any and all promotional purposes including advertising, publicity, display, audiovisual, exhibition, commercial or editorial use.
