8:15 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.: Breakfast with the Congressman — Diplomat (Main Level): A Representative will share his views on the major issues confronting repair station security and how the Congress can be kept informed of how any new security rules are affecting the industry and the flying public.

8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.: Session 6 | Customer Hot Issues: A panel of repair station customers will be asked to discuss issues operators and their maintenance providers are working in parallel to address. The session will provide an overview of the "hottest" issues of mutual interest including technician training, availability of maintenance manuals, Critical Design Control Configuration Limitations (CDCCL) requirements, required inspection item inspection lists and the latest version of the D091 Operations Specifications ("essential maintenance providers").

1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Session 1 | Part 21 — What Was and What Will Be — Salon I: This training session will review the "past" rule regarding production approval and provide an in-depth analysis and training on the "new" regulations’ requirements.

1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Session 2 | Stump the Lawyer — Salon II: This training session will provide participants an opportunity to present "hypothetical" yet "real" problems and questions to the Association’s Executive Director. Registrants will be requested to present situations for discussion and potential resolution prior to the training class so the instructor will have a chance to "scrub" the problem to remove any identifying information prior to being presented to the audience. Participants will be review the problem and how the potential solution was researched.

The ARSA Government Affairs Committee Meeting is an optional event.
1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.: Government Affairs Committee Meeting — Ambassador Room: Open meeting for members of the government affairs committee or those that are interested in serving on the committee. ARSA staff will give an overview of what is expected of committee members and brief attendees on the government affairs program.
