We realize that for many of our members, obtaining maintenance manuals (ICA) is a consistent source of frustration. Either they are outright refused the information, or are charged exorbitant prices. In order to educate federal agencies and Congress about the seriousness of this, we need stories from real people - YOU. Use the attached form to tell us about your experiences; ARSA staff will contact you to confirm.

To use the form, click on the .pdf at the bottom of this page. Fill out the information, then click "Submit This Form" at the bottom. This will open an E-mail to ARSA's Manager of Government Affairs, Matt Hallett. Once the E-mail opens, please hit the "Send" button to transmit your information. You do not need to enter any text in the body of the E-mail.
